JG Pulse (Joy Spray-Lewis) operates jgpulse.com and the Helix application at helix.jgpulse.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to reach us.
What we collect
Depending on how you use our sites and products, we may collect contact and account details (name, email, company, and messages); purchase information needed to fulfill orders; Helix account data such as sign-in email, license or plan status, invoice IDs, and content you enter; assessment and roadmap inputs; and technical and usage data such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited, and approximate location. Our sites may use cookies or similar tools for analytics, security, and preferences.
We do not ask Helix to log into QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, your bank, or other ledgers. Helix is a process atlas and operating guide; your books stay where they are.
How we use information
We use information to provide, unlock, and support Helix licenses and related products; match shop payments to Helix accounts; reply to questions within one business day; improve our site, Helix, and materials; and meet legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the business, including with payment and commerce providers (Squarespace, Stripe, or similar), hosting and email infrastructure, professionals such as an accountant or attorney when needed, and authorities when required by law. Service providers are expected to protect information and use it only for requested work.
Cookies and analytics
jgpulse.com and helix.jgpulse.com may use cookies for site function, security, and traffic measurement. Blocking some cookies may affect login or checkout.
Retention and your choices
We keep account, purchase, and support records as needed to provide access, handle refunds or disputes, and meet bookkeeping or tax rules. Children and security
Our products are for business and professional use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, but no method is 100% secure.
