Agreement

By using https://www.jgpulse.com, https://helix.jgpulse.com, or buying JG Pulse / Helix products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the sites or products.

Who we are / what we offer

JG Pulse provides practical AI guidance for bookkeeping and accounting firm workflows, including:

• A free AI readiness assessment.

A $197 roadmap engagement.

• Helix — an AI process atlas for bookkeeping and accounting firm workflows.

• Optional workshops (about $1,800; availability can change).

Helix helps you map where AI belongs in the software and processes you already run. It is not a general ledger, bookkeeping service, tax advice, or a claim to be “the first AI for accountants.”

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and use a work email you control. Helix access sticks to the Helix account email. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You must be able to form a binding contract under U.S. law (typically 18+). If you buy for a firm, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Helix licenses — what you get

Licenses are one-time purchases, not a monthly Helix subscription for the named tiers below, and are subject to these Terms and the product description at purchase.

• Helix Business (“My business / Studio) — $349: one company on one named ledger; operating pack; atlas updates for that software; one bookkeeper seat.

• Helix Full Atlas $990: firm atlas across platforms in the product; operating packs; five named seats; lifetime firm access as described at purchase.

• Additional ledger $149: one extra named ledger on an existing Business license (not a second company license; not Full Atlas).

• Upgrade to Full Atlas — $641: pays the difference from Business ($349) to Full Atlas ($990); eligibility is an active Business license on the same Helix email.

Seats are included with Business / Full Atlas as stated above. Staff sign in; they do not buy a second license for included seats. $149 is an additional ledger, not an extra seat.

Helix does not log into your (or your clients’) accounting software or bank. You remain responsible for your books, compliance, and professional judgment.

How Helix unlock works (required order)

Card charges happen on JG Pulse (Squarespace → Stripe). Helix does not take card in-app. To unlock:

  1. Create or sign in on Helix with the email you will keep.

    1. Start checkout inside Helix first and get your invoice before paying the shop.

      1. Pay the matching JG Pulse shop product with the same email.

        1. Return to the Helix checkout return, keep invoice= in the URL, and tap “Payment complete — open my Helix.”

          1. If access does not unlock the same day, email Joy@JGPulse.com with company name, Helix email, and invoice id so we can Confirm paid.

        3. Using a different email for shop vs Helix, skipping Helix checkout, or paying the wrong SKU can delay unlock. We will help; we are not obligated to unlock until payment and account matching are verified.

      3. License grant and restrictions

      4. Subject to payment and these Terms, JG Pulse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Helix and purchased materials for internal business use (or your firm’s client delivery workflows, for Full Atlas), within your plan’s seat and ledger limits.

    5. • Scrape, copy, or republish substantial atlas content as a competing product.

    6. • Circumvent checkout, license checks, or access controls.

    7. • Use Helix unlawfully or for unlicensed regulated advice.

    8. • Claim JG Pulse / Helix guarantees financial or AI outcomes.

  3. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, chargebacks without basis, or misuse.

Free assessment, roadmap, and workshops

• The free assessment is a starting point only — recommendations, not a guarantee of results.

• The $197 roadmap is a paid planning product/session as described at purchase — not “free.”

Workshops (about $1,800) may be scheduled live or offline; availability can change. Confirm details with Joy@JGPulse.com before paying.

Intellectual property

JG Pulse / Helix content, branding, atlas structure, and site materials are owned by Joy Spray-Lewis / JG Pulse or our licensors. Purchase gives you a license to use what you bought — not ownership of our IP. Feedback you send may be used to improve products without obligation to you.

No professional advice

Content on jgpulse.com, Helix, assessments, roadmaps, and workshops is for educational and operational planning. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or certified advisory advice. You are responsible for decisions in your practice and for complying with professional and software-vendor rules.

Soft launch / accuracy

Helix is in an early / soft-launch phase. Features, atlas coverage, and copy may evolve. We do not invent customer counts or fake reviews. Do not rely on any third-party claim that is not on our own sites.

Disclaimers

THE SITES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that Helix will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will identify every duplicate app or AI opportunity in your stack.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, JG PULSE AND JOY SPRAY-LEWIS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES, OR FOR DATA LOSS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITES OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A PURCHASE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID JG PULSE FOR THAT PURCHASE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless JG Pulse and Joy Spray-Lewis from claims arising from your misuse of the products, your violation of these Terms, or your professional services to your own clients.

Refunds

Purchases are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy below.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Joy Spray-Lewis / JG Pulse primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that state have exclusive venue for disputes, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes to license scope for existing paid licenses will be communicated by email when practical.
